Yes, SMARTS pricing starts at $29/month for a real estate brokerage with less than 10 agents. A small transaction fee of $10 per transaction is applied to your account only when you add a new sale. Fewer sales, lower cost. More sales, higher cost. If your firm has more than 10 agents, then the basic monthly fee is $39 for firms with more than 10 agents but less than 20 and $49 for firms with more than 20 agents. The small per transaction fee does not change.

Yes. Our professional team of back office data entry administrators are available to do all of the heavy lifting for you. You simply send us the sale details and we do rest. For real estate firms with less than 20 agents, this optional service is included in the pricing. For firms with more than 20 agents, the monthly data entry service fee is just $99/month.
